Augustus Property Management TEAM

I founded AUGUSTUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC after spending several years immersed in the Huntsville, Alabama real estate market. My journey began as the owner of AUGUSTUS HOMES, LLC, where I specialized in designing and building custom, high-end homes alongside my husband. Through that experience, I developed a strong passion for real estate, which led me to obtain my Alabama Real Estate License and join Legend Realty.

As I continued to grow in the industry, I became eligible to pursue my Alabama Real Estate Broker’s License. I enrolled in the required courses, passed the state exam, and proudly became a licensed broker. From there, I established AUGUSTUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC with a clear mission and a motto that still guides everything we do today: “I won’t represent any property that I wouldn’t let my daughters live in.” I also continue to serve as an Associate Broker at Legend Realty.

As the company grew, my daughter, Whitley Rauschenberg, joined me, bringing a fresh perspective and a strong dedication to our clients and our brand. She serves as our Marketing and Customer Care Executive, playing a key role in strengthening our presence, managing client relationships, and ensuring that both property owners and residents feel supported every step of the way.

We are highly selective in the properties we choose to represent because we believe that quality and integrity should never be compromised. At the end of the day, our goal is simple—we want both our investors and our tenants to feel confident, cared for, and at ease knowing they are working with a team that truly values them.

Education and Background



I hold an Associate’s Degree in Legal Studies from Faulkner University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. I also earned my Master’s Degree in Criminology from the University of Cincinnati. Prior to my career in real estate, I served as a licensed high school and college instructor and obtained multiple certifications in site security.

Today, I remain dedicated to ensuring AUGUSTUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC continues to excel throughout Huntsville, Madison, and the surrounding areas. More importantly, I am committed to building a company rooted in trust, strong values, and genuine care for the people we serve.
